Delivery is via Australia Post. Express Post is available on request.
Orders are normally processed within 2 working days of the order being placed. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, but are normally within 10 days. Delivery may take longer, especially during peak seasons (such as before Christmas), so please allow 3 weeks.
If for any reason we are out of stock and cannot immediatly fill your order, we will contact you within 2 business days by email.
Postage and handling costs are calculated at the time of order and will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the destination.
Items sent via standard postage are done at the buyers own risk, Under The Mulberry Tree will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels. Items sent via express or registered postage however will be guaranteed (In the event of lost or undelivered parcels Under The Mulberry Tree will insure a replacement being sent).
Express postage parcels are subject to the terms and conditions of Australia Post and the postal services of the destination country.

We are happy to credit or exchange any unused and undamaged goods (patterns excluded) if informed within 10 days of delivery. All postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.
Damaged or faulty goods can be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of delivery free of charge.
Please do not return items without first notifying us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please detail which item(s) you wish to return, the reason you are returning it and whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. We will attempt to reply to your email within 2 working days.
